Taos

My in-laws are in town this weekend and surprised me by bringing my youngest brother with them!!!  Needless to say we have been out and about in New Mexico having a great time.  This past Friday, we drove over to Taos and visited the Rio Grande Gorge as well as toured around Taos and enjoyed some fine food and beverages.

Cask Fest

Yesterday, the Mr. and I drove down to Albuquerque for a Cask Fest at a local brewery.  I always enjoy brewfests and such and the cask fest was just as fun!  I really love the taste of good craft brews especially stouts and porters.

I feel as though I have not been on the computer in forever....oh wait, I haven't.

My Functional Anatomy class is indeed tough but nothing I can't handle! I have been studying my butt off and it has paid off so far...108% on my first test (with extra credit)!!  I took another test today and I don't think I did as well as the first...we'll see. I have a practical on Monday, so the studying doesn't stop this weekend.  I decided Thursday night will be my "Brain Break" night, lol.

This outfit is from last Sunday...yes, I am behind on posting!!  You can expect new posts between Thursday-Sunday, but Monday-Thursday has become crazy busy.. at least for the time being.

Elbow Patch

Last week we had some more snow and this is what I wore to work and such.  I adore elbow patch sweaters and cardigans!

I have been so busy with school lately that I feel like I haven't had much time to stop by my blog, much less anyone else's.  So sorry!!  My college does one class a month and this last week was finals week.  I am so mad...I needed a 93% for an A in the class and I ended up with a 92.9%!!! GRRR.  Monday I start Functional Anatomy, which is supposed to be the hardest class I will take, so please bare with me while I try to keep as active as I can in the blogosphere while also keeping up with my homework and studying!
