Pink and Purple

By the time I was able to take my pictures, it was already starting to get dark out.  So I have a close up of my outfit at the bottom. 

It was still very cold today, the high was around 25F!  I found out this morning that just about every town within 90 miles of us got around 6 inches of snow and we got squat!! Grrrr...

What to Wear...

What to wear to church when it is FREEZING outside!?

This is what I chose!  The look I was going for was warm!  Although we had 100% chance of snow, we only got a few flurries..which makes me sad.

  I love this sweater. I was so close to putting a belt on it but didn't and now I wish I had! It would have given my waist more definition.  Also, my husband is very tall and so when he takes pictures he is shooting down at me which made my sweater look 10X longer than it actually is.

Christmas Downtown

Today was another concert, caroling and the Christmas Light Parade!

The Mr. and I just stayed downtown all day...we went to Starbucks and then ate some sushi between caroling and the parade.  Although it looks like it was a nice warm day, it defiantly was not!  I slipped my coat off for my blog pictures and then quickly put it back on, burrr!  We have a cold front coming through tonight and 100% chance of snow tomorrow, hurrah!!

My outfit for the day was meant to look stylish and Christmas-y, which is why I am wearing the red bubble necklace with my white top.  The faux fur vests are very popular right now, I picked this one up from Old Navy a year or 2 ago and I am glad I kept it!  I was very close to selling it on eBay at one point in time...

Black, White and Red All Over

After having strep throat the last few days I am finally feeling myself again!! Which is great because I have a ton to do this weekend...concerts, caroling, the light parade, attending Hansel and Gretel, to name a few...

Tonight, I am going to another one of my husband's choir concerts and also his orchestra concert as well (he is playing french horn).  

I thought I would go for a slightly different look tonight.
This look is a tad retro!  I love black, white and red together, classic.
