What a lovely day! The weather was absolutely perfect, a nice day at work, and a pot roast in the crock pot for this evening! I have started my diet for the fall, after the stress of moving I gained a few pounds so time go back to my healthy eating. I need my clothes to fit comfortably again, and they are starting to...being that I am down 6lbs! Eating lots of candy was fun while it lasted...
