First Stitch Fix

I've been seeing Stitch Fix everywhere and decided to give it a go.

I used 4/5 pieces from my first box to create these outfits below.  Unfortunately, the jeans I received were way too short for my 5'10" legs so they are not pictured. 

Look #1- Maxi Dress (and bracelet)




I really love this dress and it is something I probably would not have picked out for myself. When I first tried it on, I was not a fan but the more I paired with it the more I realized how gorgeous and versatile it really is!  I didn't keep it, hat it been the start of Summer I may have considered it but we are already into Fall here!

Look #2- Sheer Striped Top


Overall, cute top.  A tad small around my hips though!

Look #3- Poncho


My favorite piece in the box!  Unfortunately, the price was not right (and I have a black and white sweater wrap that is similar).



Overall, I really did like what I received in my box but unfortunately, the prices were not in my spending range!  However, I did keep the bracelet :)

    What cute looks! I am so obsessed with the floral maxi dress. It looks great with denim! And that sweater wrap is so cute! I want an oversized one to stay warm during the fall/winter. Great job love :)

    I love the maxi dress .. the colors and print are really pretty. I didn't know you were so tall!

    I'm loving Stitch Fix .. not everything works out, but so far .. I'm enjoying the service :-)

      Haha, yes...freakishly tall :P It's fun to get a mystery box, I love the suspense! I really love that I was sent the maxi dress because I had not dared to really give them a try.....mostly because when I tried one on it was always too short! It really was gorgeous...I had trouble putting it back into the return bag!

    After reading your post, I had to google what Stich Fix is. What an interesting concept! I personally won't trust someone else to pick my clothes like that but I think they have done a pretty good job in picking out some really cute items for you. :)

      I figured it was worth a try...i'm trying to get out of my "flannel funk" and I figured if someone sent me things I don't normally wear it may help :)

    OMG! I thought I was the only person who felt the same way about stitch fix's prices. You can't help but love the pieces, but the prices are so out of my typical budget. It's just such a trap though because I always end up keeping everything or nothing at all. D:

      Haha, yeah. I thought that when I checked "the cheaper the better" on all items that they would be under $50..sooo not the case! I'm going to give it another shot, if they don't send anything in my budget range I may cancel. I also tried LeTote and love it even more because it's like Netflilx for clothing :P
