I am thankful for....
My Family!
My family is driving from Arkansas to come spend Thanksgiving break with me here in New Mexico!!! I am so excited, I have not seen them since July. We have a whole week of fun planned; visit to Santa Fe, Bandelier National Monument, and then driving up to Colorado to spend a few days with my aunt and uncle. This should be a fun and eventful week :)
That being said, if it takes me a while to respond, it is because I am busy enjoying the company of my family!!

Yesterday was my little brother's birthday, so I made him a cake for when he gets here!!
He is a pianist....
I am by no means a baker, which is why it's not even close to perfect. Plus, I live at 7,300ft elevation so that kind of screws with baking and cooking a bit. (If only he liked chocolate icing, it would have looked more like a piano!)
